Cooling System

The cooling System CS is a continuous stainless steel conveyor with a double jacket filled with chilled water. For major efficiency, it is equiped with 3 cold, dry air injection points and a moist air extracting fan. All settings are completely adjustable to quickly cool bulk solids in the food, pharmaceutical, plastic or any other industry. The equipment allows products to return to room temperature to be packed after drying, roasting, steam pasteurization or any other heat treatment.

The CS is powered by off-balanced motors and connected to water chillers (exchangers).The air injected is filtered to ensure a completely clean process and no cross contamination.

As always, the design has been improved for perfect access and cleaning.

This technology does NOT dry the material. It only reduces its temperature. For example from a 170°C product coming out of a roaster (peanuts), is taken back down to 35-40°C in 4 minutes. Steam treated spices coming out of a pasteurization line at 95-100°C will reach 15-20°C after CS.

2 lines are available for trials at our production facility.

Multiple and smaller modules can be designed and installed back to back according to your needs.

Prescreening can also be included if you require dust collection at this stage of the process.
